What It Is

Sell More Boxes is a hybrid coaching program to help you break through to the next level in your subscription box business. It is part 1-on-1, part cohort, and includes 8 weeks of training and implementation. 

Who It's For

This program is for goal-driven subscription box business owners that have between 100 - 1,000 subscribers. You must be ready to dive deep into numbers, get serious on your goals and be willing to put in the work. 

What You'll Accomplish

After this program, you will have "fixed" some of the major issues holding you back. Depending on your situation, maybe that margins or marketing, maybe it's churn or operations. In any case, you'll get clarity and support on exactly what you need to do.

The 8-Week Plan

  • WEEK ONE

    Meet the Team + Deep dive into your business

    In the first week, you will meet the team and your new cohort virtually.  You will also complete an online audit that dives deep into your numbers so we have a holistic view of your existing subscription box business. We will take the time to get to know you, your business and your goals so we can tailor the coaching to best support you. 

  • WEEK TWO

    Cohort call with Julie, Head Coach

    As a group, we'll meet to discuss the big picture. Julie has a firm understanding of the subscription box world and will identify the key areas you will focus on. Meeting as a group will strengthen relationships between you and your colleagues, but you will learn so much while you watch them get coached. This is a great time for Q&A. 

  • WEEK THREE

    Implementation Week

    Head Coach Julie has prepared a custom video for you to go over your strategy. Using the information covered in the video and in calls to date, you'll use this week to plan out and implement your strategies. Your coaches and your cohort will help hold you accountable and will provide support via a Slack channel. 

  • WEEK FOUR

    Cohort call with Amy, Operations Coach

    As a group, we'll meet to discuss your subscription box operations. Amy will train you on setting up your systems for success, which will not only make your business run more smoothly, but also it will help you free up your time and step into the CEO role. Training will be customized based off of the needs of you and your cohort. 

  • WEEK FIVE

    Implementation Week

    Operations Coach Amy has prepared a custom video for you to go over your operations strategy. Using the information covered in the video and in calls to date, you'll use this week to plan out and implement your strategies. Your coaches and your cohort will help hold you accountable and will provide support via a Slack channel. 

  • WEEK SIX

    Cohort call with Renae, Customer Experience and Marketing Coach

    As a group, we'll discuss your subscription box customer experience and marketing. Coach Renae will help you identify areas where you can improve your customer experience (hello retention boost!) and marketing opportunities (crank up your customer acquisition). She'll focus on the needs that you have, but you'll also get to listen in on the training tactics she has for your cohort colleagues too!

  • WEEK SEVEN

    Implementation Week

    Customer Experience and Marketing Coach Renae has prepared a custom video for you to go over your strategies. Using the information covered in the video and in calls to date, you'll use this week to plan out and implement your strategies. Your coaches and your cohort will help hold you accountable and will provide support via a Slack channel. 

  • WEEK EIGHT

    Wrap-up and Next Steps

    In this final week, we will celebrate your wins and send you off with everything you need to continue your progress. We'll not only make sure you have the resources you need for your own success, but we'll provide you with details on how to turn your cohort into a peer-led mastermind. This can be a game-changer for the long run!
